In 2015, Romania released the Regulation 219/2015 on Social Economy with the aim to determine the social overall economy, control differing kinds of social enterprises and create actions to advertise and support it. The Regulation also regulates the principles with the social economy. Amended in 2022, the Legislation was simplified and provided for
